Andrew is an innate systems-thinker who sees the "big picture" while also being
able to focus on critical details. Early in his career, he built a successful business that was subsequently sold to a Fortune 100 company. After successfully founding three other businesses, Andrew embarked on a career in consulting career, where he helped over 300 client organizations in 10 different countries define, attain, and sustain superior business results.

Committed to transferring his knowledge, skills and methodology to clients, Andrew designed and developed the GoInnovate! System that is described in his book GoInnovate!, written in 2009. The GoInnovate! System has been described as a reliable, predictable, practical, yet high-velocity system for clear thinking, informed choices, and productive actions.
The GoInnovate! System is also universally applicable and appropriate for any type or scope of innovation, within departments or functions, or as an enterprise-wide initiative. Andrew's book GoInnovate! describes the GoInnovate! System in easy-to-understand language and visuals.
Andrew's ongoing goal, in creating and implementing the GoInnovate! System has been to help clients think strategically and innovate swiftly. Andrew holds an MA in Organizational Effectiveness and a Bachelor of Science
